"Love Affair(s)" by Emmanuel Mouret

His new love kaleidoscope, Love Affair(s), was awarded the Cannes 2020 Label - official selection: the newcomers. Accompanied during the preparation phase by Film Paris Region and assisted by Paris Region via its Film Support Fund, the production received the Region's bonus for innovative practices and technologies for its good practices in ecoproduction. It has been showing in theaters in France since September 16, 2020.
Niels Schneider, Camélia Jordana, Vincent Macaigne, Emilie Dequenne and Guillaume Gouix star in this sentimental fresco that has been warmly received by critics.

After Mademoiselle de Joncquières in 2018, Emmanuel Mouret has once again collaborated with Laurent Desmet, director of photography, and has peppered his film with pictorial and literary overtones.

Love Affair(s), produced byr Frédéric Niedermayer for Moby Dick Films, was filmed from October 29 to December 5, 2019 in four cities in Paris Region: Paris, Saint-Ouen and its flea market (93), the castle of Grisy-Suisnes (77) and a private place in the city of Saint-Prix (95). David Faivre ensured the research for the sets between Paris Region and Vaucluse. 
80 people and 10 Paris region companies were mobilized on the project, which required 110 days of post-production. The rights to 34 pieces of classical music were acquired to accompany the images and dialogues of the film.
