FAB FIXERS — Film Fixer & Production Services in France and Belgium FAB FIXERS is a fixer and production company based in Paris and Brussels, founded in 2014 by Virgile Demoustier, a French fixer and producer. We support international film and media crews throughout their productions in France and Belgium, from pre-production through wrap. Over the past decade, we have coordinated more than 100 international productions for leading broadcasters and publishers — PBS, BBC, CBC News, National Geographic, The Washington Post, The Economist, Vice News — as well as global brands including Delta Air Lines, Airbnb, the NBA, Chanel, Apple TV and Red Bull. Core Services Location Scouting & Filming Permits — We handle all administrative procedures with the City of Paris, the Préfecture of Police and the Centre des Monuments Nationaux. We have secured permits for landmark locations including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe, Notre-Dame de Paris, the Élysée Palace and EU institutions in Brussels. Crew Sourcing & Production Coordination — We mobilise a network of over 100 trusted professionals across France and Belgium: directors of photography, sound engineers, gaffers, grips, drone operators and production assistants. All crews are bilingual French-English. Interpretation & Cultural Liaison — Virgile Demoustier provides on-set interpretation in French, English, Spanish and Portuguese. He coordinates interviews with public figures, journalists and institutional representatives, with a strong understanding of both cultural and media protocols. Additional Services Production Logistics — Vehicle hire, equipment transport, accommodation booking, technical equipment rental (cameras, lighting, sound), and catering coordination. Institutional Access & Relations — Through our established network, we facilitate access to political, sports and cultural figures, as well as government bodies and European institutions. Talent Coordination & Casting — Identification and coordination of contributors, actors or personalities for documentary, fiction and branded content projects.
